Why should I register my tyre warranty?
Registering your tyre warranty helps ensure that your purchase is officially recorded with Tire.ae. It allows us to verify your purchase details quickly in case of a claim and ensures that you receive full support for any manufacturing defects covered under the warranty. Registration also gives you peace of mind knowing your tyres are protected.
What information do I need to provide for warranty registration?
To complete the warranty registration, you will need to provide some basic details including your full name, contact number, email address, tyre brand and size, date of purchase, invoice number, invoice soft copy and vehicle details. These details help us confirm your purchase and activate your warranty accurately.
How soon should I register my tyres after purchase?
We recommend registering your tyres immediately after purchase or within a few days. Early registration ensures that your tyres are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty from the start and avoids any future verification delays in case you need to make a claim.
Do I receive confirmation after submitting the warranty registration form?
Yes. Once you have successfully submitted your warranty registration form, you will receive a confirmation email or message from Tire.ae. This confirmation serves as proof that your tyres have been registered under warranty. Please keep a copy of this email or message for your records.
Can I register tyres purchased from another store?
No. The warranty registration on Tire.ae is valid only for tyres purchased directly from Tire.ae or its authorized partners in the UAE. Tyres purchased from other retailers or outside the UAE may not be eligible for registration or warranty claims through Tire.ae.
What does the tyre warranty cover?
The tyre warranty covers manufacturing defects such as issues with workmanship or material quality under normal driving conditions. It does not cover damage caused by road hazards, punctures, improper installation, misalignment, overloading, or accidents. Each tyre brand may have its own warranty terms, which are applied accordingly.
How can I claim my tyre warranty later?
If you experience an issue with your tyres, you can easily file a claim through the Warranty Claim Page on Tire.ae. Provide your registered warranty details, purchase invoice, and images of the affected tyre. Our technical team will inspect the tyre and process your claim as per the manufacturer’s policy.
