These terms and conditions may be amended in whole or part from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately once posted on this website. You are responsible for ensuring that you are familiar with our latest Terms and Conditions. By continuing to use this website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as amended (whether or not you have received any amendments).

The information within this website is subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to ensure the information is accurate, however we will not be liable for any errors or inaccurate information.

Prices and all other information shown on this Site are for information purposes only, are subject to change at any time without obligation, may vary from region to region, and may not be completely up-to-date or accurate. Any calculation is for your reference only, is an estimate, and may not be completely accurate.

All items listed are subject to availability and are updated monthly. In the event that the item you ordered has been sold out or is unavailable for some reason, tire.ae will contact you and offer an alternative product or refund to your account in full any money you have paid.

Please check your goods upon receiving them and contact us immediately if it appears that the goods do not match your order or if any of the item/s are faulty. If you do not contact us within five working days of receipt of the goods or once the tyres are installed on your vehicle, the goods shall be deemed to be acceptable in all respects. Return of wrongly ordered goods will be accepted at our discretion. Freight charges and a re-stocking fee will apply. You must satisfy yourself that any product purchased from tire.ae is suitable for the purposes for which you require it and tire.ae is under no liability if they are not. Once the products were delivered or installed, should you discover any defects in your product, please contact us immediately. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a refund. Product warranties will become void if the product has been tampered with, damaged by accident or damaged in any other way due to improper use. In no event shall tire.ae be liable where products have not been used for the purpose for which they are designed, including damage to cases or tread as a consequence of misuse.

Any personal information provided to this website is retained solely for the purposes of our contact and shipping. No information will be distributed to any other parties except as required by law. In no event shall tire.ae be liable, whether in contract, in tort or on any other basis, for any damages sustained by any organization or person arising from or related to loss of use, failure or interruption in the operation of any item, or for incidental, consequential, indirect damages or liabilities or for loss of revenue, loss of business, or other financial loss arising out of or in connection with the sale, maintenance, use, performance, failure or interruption or any item. This policy in no way seeks to counter any consumer right as guaranteed through United Arab Emirates law. All freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Creating an order with tire.ae constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions. Title to goods is retained by tire.ae until full payment has been received. Tire.ae or their agent may enter buyer premises without liability to repossess or recover goods. Tire.ae reserves the right to charge late payment fees and collection costs on overdue accounts. Until title to goods passes to the customer, the customer shall hold those goods as tire.ae’s bailee, and return those goods to tire.ae on request.

Tyre Pricing and Inclusions

The price shown per tyre is the fully fitted price, which means there are no extra charges to be paid on the day of your visit in relation to tyre fitting. This price already covers VAT, standard fitting excluding bead lock wheels, wheel balancing, a new standard rubber valve, delivery to the installer, and the disposal of old tyres. Additionally, when purchasing four tyres together, customers are entitled to one free scheduled tyre rotation every 10,000 kilometres per year. A wheel alignment check is also provided free of charge, however, if any adjustment is required, the relevant charges will need to be settled directly at the store.

Stock Availability and Installation

Tyre stocks are managed across multiple warehouse locations including Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai, and shipments are arranged to the installer selected by the customer based on availability. In some situations, if the stock is located in a warehouse different from the customer’s selected installation area, additional time may be required to arrange the transfer. As a result, there may occasionally be a delay in the installation date or time, depending on where the stock is available.

Deliveries

Tire.ae’s responsibility is for the safe delivery of the goods to the address provided by you and to deliver the tyres you have ordered in good condition.

Risk of any loss, damage or deterioration of or to the goods passes to the customer on completion of delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of tyres or goods if you provide incorrect delivery address or contact information – please double-check your order.

If necessary, we can track goods to your chosen delivery address and provide proof delivery.

Delivery is available within UAE only. We do not deliver to Post Office boxes or Rural Delivery addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe and accurate delivery address. Should you feel that your goods did not arrive in a good condition, please contact us immediately. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to goods that were delivered to an incorrectly supplied address, please double check details. Delivery times are within two working days for Sharjah and Dubai and within three days for the rest of UAE from when the order is placed with the distributor. Your order will be placed with the distributor on the first working day that cleared funds are received from you. Delivery times are nearly always achieved however circumstances may occur when it takes longer than usual and this is beyond our control. Tire.ae shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of products for any cause beyond our control.

أسعار الإطارات والمشمولات

السعر المعروض للإطار الواحد هو سعر التركيب الكامل، مما يعني عدم وجود أي رسوم إضافية تُدفع يوم زيارتكم مقابل تركيب الإطارات. يشمل هذا السعر ضريبة القيمة المضافة، والتركيب القياسي باستثناء عجلات قفل الإطار، وموازنة العجلات، وصمام مطاطي قياسي جديد، والتوصيل إلى فني التركيب، والتخلص من الإطارات القديمة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، عند شراء أربعة إطارات معًا، يحق للعملاء استبدال الإطارات مجانًا كل 10,000 كيلومتر سنويًا. كما يتم توفير فحص محاذاة العجلات مجانًا، ولكن في حال الحاجة إلى أي تعديل، يجب دفع الرسوم اللازمة مباشرةً في المتجر.

توافر المخزون والتركيب

تُدار مخزونات الإطارات في مواقع مستودعات متعددة، بما في ذلك الشارقة وعجمان وأبوظبي ودبي، ويتم ترتيب شحنها إلى المُركِّب الذي يختاره العميل بناءً على توافرها. في بعض الحالات، إذا كان المخزون موجودًا في مستودع غير منطقة التركيب التي اختارها العميل، فقد يتطلب الأمر وقتًا إضافيًا لترتيب النقل. ونتيجةً لذلك، قد يتأخر تاريخ أو وقت التركيب أحيانًا، حسب مكان توافر المخزون.

تسليم البضائع

تكون مسؤولية Tire.ae هي التسليم الآمن للبضائع إلى العنوان الذي زودتنا به ويتم تسليم الإطارات التي طلبتها في حالة جيدة.

تنتقل مخاطر أي خسارة أو تلف أو تدهور للبضائع إلى العميل بمجرد إتمام عملية التسليم.

لا يمكننا أن نتحمل المسؤولية عن تلف أو فقد الإطارات أو البضائع إذا قمت بتقديم عنوان التسليم أو معلومات الاتصال غير صحيحة – يرجى التحقق جيدًا من طلبك.

يمكننا تتبع مسار البضائع، إذا لزم الأمر، إلى عنوان التسليم الذي اخترته وتقديم إثبات تسليم.

التوصيل متاح داخل دولة الإمارات فقط. ولا نقوم بالتوصيل إلى صناديق البريد أو عناوين التسليم الريفية. يتحمل العميل مسؤولية توفير عنوان تسليم آمن ودقيق. إذا كنت تشعر أن بضائعك لم تصل في حالة جيدة، يرجى الاتصال بنا على الفور. لا يمكننا أن نكون مسؤولين عن فقدان أو تلف البضائع التي تم تسليمها إلى عنوان تم تزويده بشكل غير صحيح، يرجى التحقق من التفاصيل. تكون مواعيد التسليم في غضون يومي عمل للشارقة ودبي وخلال ثلاثة أيام لبقية الإمارات الأخرى من وقت تقديم الطلب إلى الموزع. سيتم تقديم طلبك إلى الموزع في يوم العمل الأول الذي يتم فيه استلام الأموال منكم. يتم غالباً انجاز والوفاء بمواعيد التسليم ولكن قد تحدث ظروف حيث تستغرق العملية وقتًا أطول من المعتاد ويكون هذا لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا. لا يتحمل Tire.ae مسؤولية أي تأخير في تسليم المنتجات لأي سبب خارج عن إرادتنا.
